- Is there a setup fee?
Yes, each program has its own fee structure. Please review the fees here.
- Is there any tax or any other hidden charges?
No, there is not any tax nor hidden charges. We set a transfer limit for each domain according to your package and anything over that would be charged $10/gigabyte/month.
- May I pay by check on a US checking account, money order, or by bank wire?
Yes, please let us know your choice on the order form. A check for Package 1 and 2 would be for the entire year. Package 3 and 4 is a year contract but you may be pay monthly. You may pay for Package 3 and 4 in full if you prefer. Please make check payable to

- I prefer not to use my credit card over the Internet. What can I do?
Please note that through our encrypted SSL connection your credit card information is completely safe. We have been certified by Thawte. We understand that some people would rather give the information over the phone or via fax. If you prefer, please fax it to 617.507.6379.
- How long after I sign up can I start building my site? What about paying the registrar for it?
Within 24 hours we will have your account up and running. You will receive a Welcome email explaining how you can begin uploading your site, setting up your e-mail aliases and auto-responders, etc. If your domain is new and you have registered it, most of the time it will actually be visible on the internet within 24 hours of you signing up. If you are transferring an existing domain to our servers, the registrar can sometimes take as long as two to five days to do so.
We suggest registering your domain at our web panel's "Domain Registration" area. You can pay immediately there and register your domain with all the vital information you will need for hosting with us.
- Can I use a the site for business or personal use?
You may use your site for commercial, private, nonprofit or governmental as long as all your content is legal in the United States.
